Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt or credit card approval on weekdays, excluding weekend and holidays. Your shipping and handling fee is determined by the package’s weight and destination. Value is also determined for insurance purposes only. Every packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless a customer chooses United Parcel Service (UPS).

Shipping and Transit Time : US and US Territories

- USPS First Class Shipping is the default Checkout setting. Your package will be in transit for 3~7 business days after it ships.
- USPS Priority Mail Shipping is a speedier way to receive your order. Your package will be in transit for 2~5 business days after it ships.
- USPS Express Shipping is the fastest way to receive your order. Your package will be in transit for 1~2 business days after it ships. If order came in before 10:00am PST, it possibly will ship out on same day.

  • Note 1: Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will be excluded from transit time. No Sunday delivery.
  • Note 2: USPS does not offer tracking information for USPS First Class and Priority Mail International
  • Note 3: UPS does not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes (Both domestically and internationally).

- Customers requesting a faster method of delivery can choose from the following shipping methods:
- Orders with faster shipping method (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day, [FedEx Over Night, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Express Saver: Currently not available])that come in before 12:00 PM PST will be process the same day.
- Our UPS standard shipping method within the Continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS Ground Service - Approx. 1 to 7 Business days delivery from shipping date (excluding weekends) days may vary depending on your state.
- Other options include UPS 3 Day Service - 3 Business Days delivery; UPS 2 Day service - 2 Business days delivery; and UPS Next Day service - 1 Business day delivery.
- The general representation of UPS Ground transit times in business days: * UPS Ground does not guarantee. No weekend delivery.

  3. NV, UT, AZ takes approx. 2 business days
  4. WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, AK, OK and some parts of TX approx. 3 business days.
  5. ME, VT, NY, WV, CT, RI, MA and some parts of SC, NC, ND, MN take approx. 4 business days.
  6. Other states not mentioned above may take approx. 4-5 business days

- UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Air Services, UPS 2 Day, and UPS 3 Day Select, where such services are available, to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.If in any way your shipment was delayed due to the following, and UPS is not liable for any form of reimbursement on shipping charges.The guarantee does not apply to UPS shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; and any delay due to natural disasters.
- We will not be responsible for any packages lost or stolen shipped to a "Residential Address" if there was no signature required service on the package.Please check "signature required option" during check out session to have "signature required service" on your package when shipping out to a residential address.
- After 12:00 PM PST will be shipped out on next business day.
- If you have ordered after 3:00 PM PST on Friday, your order will be shipped out on next Monday.
- If you have ordered on holidays, then your order will be shipped out on next business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages.

Most packages reach their destination promptly and without incident, however sometimes a package is lost or damaged in transit. is not responsible for package lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. So, recommends insure your order for full merchandise value to ensure that you are protected to receive your money back on the item(s) purchased. If you have insure and your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier that was used (please refer to your shipment confirmation email) and file a claim with the carrier indicated.

Undeliverable Package.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund (shipping cost cannot be refunded). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

Duties, Taxes and Custom Fees

Goospery, Inc. ships items from California, United States and offers international shipment. Customers who make purchases outside of the US have sole responsibility of all Custom Fees, Duties and Taxes. Custom Fees, Duties and Taxes are usually collected by shipping carrier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and your local post carrier. The rates of Custom Fees, Duties and Taxes vary by different countries. Return Policy

30 Day Hassle Free Return

We hope our customers to have pleasant online shopping experience with We are definitely confident about our products and we wish you could enjoy our “must have” Goospery cell phone cases and tablet cases. We do not want our customers to dissatisfy with their purchase, which is why we are offering a Hassle Free 30 day Return Policy.

*Note: All Shipping & Handling Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. In cases where Free Shipping was offered, $4.00 ($8.00 for tablets or products that weigh over 13 oz) will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, 20% restocking fee will not be refundable.

Defective/Damage Item(s)

We do allow returns but only for exchanges or for store credit. Damaged items while in transit are not replaced as we are not liable for mistakes done by the deliverer. always TRIPLE checks the items before we send them out to you.

Defective/Damage item(s) must be notified within 48 hours of receipt and must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items returned to without a RMA or notified of a return after 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Returning Instructions

Please send your package back to via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or any other service. We are not responsible for items not received or damage done by any of the mailing services you have used.

  • Any problems with delivery when sending the items back to us must be taken care of with the delivery service you have used.
